Additions - Sevenhill-Mintaro Road

Additions and renovations to Nyora Homestead, a substantial solid brick residence, circa early 1900s, set among vineyards and overlooking the Polish River Valley. The additions comprising conservatory, bathroom, laundry and storeroom replaced existing, substandard leantos with new gable and skillion roofed structures that better complemented the existing building. Internal renovations provided a new open plan kitchen living area.
